I had to find this file in a different path. It was Programfiles (x86)/microsoftoffice/root/office16. The UCAddin.dll file was here. I had to start outlook as administrator and added the addin with the instructions above using this path. Once added hit ok, closed outlook, reopened as normal and the button was in the meetings section. Hope this helps
